During this introductory program, you'll learn everything you need to freedive safely with a buddy in a protected pool/environment to a depth of 5 meters. Online training is combined with in-water practice sessions to give you all the skills and knowledge you need. At the end of the program, you'll receive your Basic Freediver SSI certification.

Becoming an SSI Freediver opens the door to freediving opportunities all over the world. Learning freediving with SSI is easier than you think.

In this program, online training, pool sessions and open water dives are combined to help you become a confident and safe freediver in no time. Once certified, you can freedive with a buddy in the wild to a depth of 20 meters and explore a variety of breathtaking underwater ecosystems around the world.
