Course : The baptism takes place in a friendly atmosphere in the lagoon. You'll benefit from a theoretical part, breathing exercises and, above all, total immersion in the water with static apnea and apnea at greater depths. You'll be guided and coached to understand what apnea is, what's going on in your body, how to prepare for an apnea and how to compensate your ears for deeper apneas.
